Amazon and Flipkart connect through their official authorisation process. Marketplaces without one are added using reports exported from your seller panel with your permission.

Digital Biz 360 sends you a secure connection link from Agency Cockpit.

You sign in on the marketplace’s own website and approve access. We never see or store your marketplace password.

The marketplace gives Agency Cockpit an access token, and your data starts syncing.

You can revoke access at any time from your seller account, or by writing to us.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and stored data is encrypted at rest.

Marketplace access tokens stay on our servers and are never exposed in your browser.

Role-based access means each brand’s users see only their own brand’s data.

Buyer details are visible only to staff who need them, and access is logged.
